Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how Nexora Kitchen handles cancellations, refunds, credits, rescheduling, and exceptions for classes, subscriptions, digital educational content, and personalized services. By purchasing from Nexora Kitchen, you agree to this policy.
1. Policy Overview
Nexora Kitchen provides primarily digital and scheduled educational services. Because many of our offerings include immediate content access, reserved class spots, limited instructor availability, downloadable materials, and live scheduling commitments, refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the timing of your request.
We review refund requests in good faith and aim to be fair, consistent, and transparent. However, not every purchase is refundable, especially where value has already been delivered, live access has been reserved, or digital materials have been made available immediately upon purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@nexora-kitchen.com and should include your full name, purchase email, order number if available, the service purchased, and the reason for the request.
2. Digital Products & Recorded Content
Recorded classes, video libraries, downloadable guides, recipe bundles, PDFs, and other digital educational products are generally considered delivered once access has been granted or the files have been made available to you.
For that reason, purchases of standalone digital products are generally non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:
- The content has been unlocked or made available inside your account.
- A download link has been delivered.
- You have streamed or viewed a meaningful portion of the digital content.
- The product includes instantly accessible written or video materials.
If you experience a genuine technical access issue that prevents you from using purchased content, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by restoring access, replacing files, correcting account permissions, or providing another reasonable support solution. A refund may be considered only when access cannot be reasonably restored.
3. Live Classes
Live online classes require instructor scheduling, limited seat reservation, and session planning. Because class capacity may be restricted, refunds for live classes depend heavily on cancellation timing.
Eligible Live Class Refunds
- If you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled class start time, you may be eligible for a full refund or class credit.
- If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled class start time, you may be eligible for a partial refund or a class credit, at our discretion.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class, fail to attend, arrive too late to reasonably participate, or miss the session due to your own scheduling conflict, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
Class Rescheduling by Nexora Kitchen
If Nexora Kitchen cancels or materially reschedules a live class due to instructor illness, technical failure, under-enrollment, force majeure, or operational reasons, you may be offered one of the following remedies: rescheduling into a future class, account credit, or a full refund for that specific class purchase.
4. Multi-Week Courses
Structured courses often include curriculum planning, scheduled sessions, phased content release, student support, and reserved instructional capacity. For these programs, refund eligibility is more limited once the course begins or materials are released.
Before Course Start
If you request cancellation before the official course start date and before substantial course materials are released, you may be eligible for a full or near-full refund, less any non-recoverable processing fees where permitted by law.
After Course Start
Once a course has started, refunds may be reduced or denied depending on the amount of content already delivered, your participation level, attendance, file access, downloadable materials received, and whether live sessions have taken place. In many cases, once a course has commenced, only partial refunds or account credits may be available.
After Significant Participation
If you have attended multiple sessions, accessed a substantial portion of the curriculum, received downloadable resources, or otherwise consumed a meaningful amount of the program, the course may be treated as non-refundable.
5. Private Coaching Sessions
Private coaching involves dedicated instructor time reserved specifically for you. Because these appointments block calendar availability, cancellation timing is critical.
- Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before a scheduled coaching session may be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
- Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for rescheduling only, depending on instructor availability.
- Missed appointments, no-shows, or late arrivals that materially shorten the session are generally non-refundable.
If a coaching session cannot proceed due to a fault on Nexora Kitchen's side, such as instructor unavailability or an internal scheduling error, we will offer rescheduling, service credit, or refund for the affected session.
6. Subscription Plans
Subscription plans typically provide ongoing access to the recipe library, video archives, member resources, or premium educational content during the paid billing period. Subscription fees are generally billed in advance and are usually non-refundable once the billing period begins.
If you cancel a subscription, your cancellation normally stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing cycle. You will generally retain access through the remainder of the already-paid term unless your access is terminated for policy violations.
Free Trials and Introductory Offers
If a free trial or discounted introductory period is offered, it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Once a recurring charge is successfully processed after the trial period ends, that charge is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a clear billing error occurred.
7. Promotional Purchases
Purchases made during seasonal sales, special events, limited-time promotions, coupon campaigns, bundles, or reduced-price offers may be subject to separate refund conditions disclosed at checkout. Some promotional offers are final sale, especially where the pricing depends on immediate commitment, seat reservation, or special access benefits.
Where promotional terms conflict with this general Refund Policy, the more specific terms presented at the time of purchase will control for that transaction.
8. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Without limiting any more specific provision in this policy, refunds are generally not available in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after receiving access to digital materials.
- You forgot to attend a live class or coaching session.
- You were unable to participate due to your own internet, device, scheduling, ingredient, or preparation issues.
- You were removed from a session for violating our Terms of Service or disrupting the learning environment.
- You failed to cancel a recurring subscription before the next billing date.
- You completed, watched, downloaded, or substantially accessed the purchased content.
- You seek a refund because the class did not match a personal taste preference or subjective expectation, where the service was materially delivered as described.
9. How Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is approved, it is generally issued back to the original payment method used at checkout unless otherwise required by law or technically unavailable through our payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, and country.
Approved refunds may be reduced by non-recoverable transaction fees, currency conversion differences, or the value of services already delivered, where permitted by applicable law. In some cases, we may issue store credit or account credit instead of a monetary refund if that option is accepted by you or is explicitly stated for the service purchased.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, we strongly encourage you to contact Nexora Kitchen first at info@nexora-kitchen.com so we can review the matter and attempt to resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in account restrictions while the dispute is pending.
Where a chargeback is filed despite delivery of the purchased service or access, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor with records showing registration, platform access, download history, attendance, timestamps, communications, and service usage relevant to the dispute.
11. Policy Changes
Nexora Kitchen may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our offerings, platform features, legal requirements, payment systems, or operating practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Refund requests are generally assessed under the version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase, unless a later version is legally required to apply.
